What is?
The Be Real Strength movement practice is a collection of proprietary exercises that align bones for proper posture, strengthen muscles, and condition metabolism and cardio. These strategically combined exercises deliver more effective results, more efficiently, than typical exercise programs. Less time with focused effort. Thirty minutes per week, every week, delivers more than an hour per day.
Who is?
Max Telzerow is an exercise physiologist, personal trainer and the founder of Be Real Strength. He believes the perfect body is one that is a conduit for experiencing the physical world unobstructed. He prefers playing outdoors, in all terrain, aboard extremely fast bicycles. He lives in Canada and does not ice skate.
His passion is to help people learn to love their lives, as he has, by fortifying physical capabilities.
